Exchanges
Eligibility:
You may exchange items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be:
Unopened and unused.
In its original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our Customer Care team at returns@amaiamari.com to request an exchange. Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange. We will assist you in selecting a replacement and provide instructions for returning the original item.
Shipping for Exchanges:
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part. New shipping charges for the replacement item will be applied at checkout.

At Amai Amari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Returns
Eligibility:
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, products must be:
Unopened and unused.
In their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, body care products (such as soaps, lotions, and essential oils) that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at returns@amaiamari.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the package is received.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Amount:
The refund will include the cost of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Notification:
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@amaiamari.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Inspection:
We may require you to return the damaged or incorrect item before issuing a replacement or refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return label if necessary.
