Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:
You can return items within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, body care products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing:

Product Care & Maintenance

Storage Tips:
Store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Essential oils, candles, and bath products should be kept in their original packaging to preserve their quality.
Candle Care:
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
Allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the edge of the container to avoid tunneling.
Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Essential Oils:
Store in a dark, cool place to prevent oxidation.
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil before applying to the skin.
